Information we collect
When you fill out the driver application form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, current city and state, CDL-A experience, endorsements you list, any optional notes you provide, and any document you choose to attach (such as an MVR or resume).
How we use it
We use your application information solely to evaluate your candidacy for a driving position with Taylor Transports LLC, contact you about your application, and verify the details you provided (including motor vehicle records and prior employment, where applicable).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with our recruiters, background-check providers, and insurance carriers strictly as needed to process your application. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention
We retain application records for the period required by federal motor-carrier regulations and applicable employment law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hrr@taylorfeight.com.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how well our recruiting campaigns perform. When you arrive from a Google ad and submit an application, Google may set cookies and receive limited data to attribute that application to the ad you clicked, which can also be used for remarketing. For site analytics we use a privacy-respecting tool (Plausible) that does not store cookies or personal identifiers and does not track users across sites. You can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
